Volunteers were lined up on a rainy Tuesday morning to help with deliveries for this year’s Squamish Community Christmas Care.
With hampers being assembled with food and toys at a depot on Pioneer Way, cars were lined up nearly out to Queens Way to deliver them for those who need a little extra help during the holidays.
Over 100 volunteers and 60 cars were helping with deliveries throughout Dec. 19, said one of the organizers, Cameron Gutjahr.
Gutjahr later told The ¾¢±¬´ó¹Ï that nearly 400 hampers were given out this year.
