Excavations between Sunset Beach and Lions Bay mean delays for travellers from Jan. 23 to 29. Evening delays of up to 15 minutes are expected between 11 p.m. and 5 a.m. beginning Jan. 23 at 11 p.m. and ending Jan. 29 at 5 a.m.
